Crystal Images, Inc. is an engraving company that produces high quality awards, gifts, trophies and custom engraving services. Unless specified, engraving in one position on any item is free and included in the price of the item. Multiple engraving positions, color fill and other custom options will incur additional charges. We don’t charge a setup fee to our retail customers for our standard engraving service. Custom orders, screen printing and embedment may be subject to setup fees. If you need something in an emergency, we can produce last-minute awards or etch your gift within a 24-hour turnaround, subject to schedule availability and possible overtime fees.
