Time Guarantee

We appreciate almost all projects are time and budget critical!

Rush orders and next day orders are welcome for up to six items. Availability of one-day service is dependent on current workload. Next-day orders must be approved before 12pm Central in order to guarantee shipping on time.

We will confirm a planned ship date when the order is placed. This is in writing on your artwork sheet.

We will ship in time for your order to reach you on the day specified, or earlier. We will notify you well in advance if problems arise to obtain clearance for a delay in shipping. We will meet any additional shipping costs incurred if we caused the delay.

We do not accept liability for delay caused by the carrier.

Product Guarantee

We aim for perfection on every job. All our artwork is accurately engraved.

We guarantee that all items will conform to the paper proof, and be free of defect when shipped. We will replace any item which does not meet our exacting standards free of charge including ground shipping. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 60 days.

Price Guarantee

We will be competitive over almost all suppliers on identical items. All engravers buy from substantially the same vendors.

We will match the published price of any other supplier (product plus set up), or accept cancellation of your order up to the time we order your items from our suppliers. Simply forward us full details of the alternative supplier's written offer.

Delivery Guarantee

All items are shipped insured. We will replace any item damaged in transit by UPS or FedEx ground freight at no charge.

  • check all boxes carefully on arrival. Report any visible damage at the time of delivery
  • report any breakage to us AND the carrier within two working days of arriva
  • keep all packaging and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier for at least two weeks
