Our COVID-19 Response
Crystal Images, Inc. is open to the public. We are running on a reduced production schedule, and are not fully operational on all days of the week. New orders will need to be placed via email or the shopping cart. Please call ahead to confirm that someone will be available to faciliate pickup or dropoff.
Our office is open for dropoff or pickup during our normal business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Production days will vary according to volume.
- Vaccinated employees and customers are no longer required to wear masks.
- We request that all unvaccinated or immuno-compromised individuals continue to wear masks.
- We do not accept handwritten notes or physical photos. Please email us your artwork before arriving or after placing your order.
- Please limit cash or check payments to reduce handling of money.
- Administrative staff may be working from home on some days. Correspondence may be delayed during these times.
- Always call ahead if you are intending to meet with a specific staff member
We are returning to full production capacity as best we can. However, we may not be operating at full capacity on all days. Please contact us to discuss completion dates for time-sensitive orders.
