We offer the Ad Specialty industry and Trophy Stores flexibility, variety and reliable, fast service at reasonable prices. We ship FedEx or UPS under your label with full confidentiality guaranteed. Fast rush service available for up to six items from stock.

We supply over thirty Trophy Stores, PPAI and ASI members, and will be pleased to supply references.

You are free to copy and email any portion of this web site to your customers. Limited quantities of items shown with a green circle are usually in stock

We specialize in short run emergency services, and do not charge rush charges. We regularly deliver in just days - often less where required.

Monthly single piece orders are welcome, and not penalized. Regular single orders (monthly and quarterly) are treated at the annual volume.

Industry norms apply - "T/E", for less than 20 items. All other charges such as artwork, line changes, set up charges etc are "V".
No set up charges apply to orders above 50 pieces
Logos are set up free from eps vector or minimum 300 dpi bitmaps if your client has already paid to have the logo set up for crystal engraving by major suppliers like Jaffa, Martin , Etching Industries, Glass Graphics etc.

UPS /Fedex drop shipping available under your label, and on your account /label.

Many basic jade and optical crystal items are available from inventory. Items are shown with a "fast ship" logo in the catalogue. The web site shows a wide variety of items from inventory. We guarantee fast turn rush service on limited quantities of these items.

Most items from competitive catalogues are available. Advise catalogue name and item number, for a fast quote and delivery estimate.

No charge is made for engraved examples from our sample inventory. We will work with you aggressively to prove concepts, and assist in marketing.

Items in storage for engraving are not covered against loss or damage while in our possession.
We suggest spare items are supplied in case required. Our staff are very, very careful, but crystal and glass items are fragile, and occasional engraving faults may occur. Our liability is strictly limited to the engraving charge.

NO set up charge applies for up to ten words of text or for names or /initials where a letter style is specified, and no paper proof is required. All text and names MUST be e-mailed to us. All prices include engraving /printing up to 10 words, or a name/ initials on one side. Call to confirm prices for larger quantities. All prices shown are FOB our works in Texas for up to 6 of one item. Add a packing charge per case of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-15") and $8 large (over 15"), and shipping at cost to destination. Shipping Considerations

Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.
Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available).

Express Shipping

Our "EXPRESS SHIP" one day service applies to less than six items from inventory (see green circle). There is NO rush charge.
