Specify the family (last) name (HIGH) if three initials monogram is required.

Add a packing charge per case of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-15") and $8 large (over 15"), and shipping at cost to destination.

• Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.
