SET UP CHARGES

Prices listed INCLUDE engraving. Set up charges may apply as below, for orders of less than 100 pieces. All costs will be cleared with you in writing in advance - we guarantee there are NO surprise extra costs

Text No set up charge for just a name or initials and date in a letter style specified. If a paper proof with options is required add $15 for up to 10 words, or $25 for up to 5 lines, plus $2 per additional line.
Clip art from our inventory $5.
Logo or clip art from compatible PC file attached to e-mail $25. Read PC file requirements
Logo charges are waived for ASI customers who already have a logo on file with other vendors.
Scab logo from camera ready (art should be over 3"x 3") $30; Smaller $40

We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce sub standard art work.

Any logo supplied to us is reproduced in good faith. We will accept that the client has authorization to use the logo concerned, and transfers authority to us to reproduce the logo when the artwork is approved for production.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY Items engraved to your specification are not returnable, as they are personalized and cannot be resold. See terms and conditions of sale A sample of most items is available by ground freight at no charge for you to evaluate. A credit card is required. There is no charge if the sample if returned in saleable condition. A production sample is provided at no cost on all orders over six pieces time permitting An order can be cancelled up to the time engraving takes place. There is no cancellation penalty, but we reserve the right to charge for the return freight and wholesaler restocking charge.

PACKING, SHIPPING & RETURNS A packing charge of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-12") and $8 large (over 12"), applies depending on the size of box. The charge is confirmed on your production layout. Actual freight by UPS, FedEx or USPS is charged at cost Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces. Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available). Our "EXPRESS SHIP" one day service applies to less than six items from inventory (see green circle). Quality guaranteed When you see our products and our work you will be amazed! Glass and crystal are difficult to photograph. Most pictures are from our daily production. So photos on our site can't convey the true beauty of our items. They give only an indication of the object, it's shape and size.
