SET UP CHARGES

Prices listed include engraving.  Set up charges apply as below, for less than 100 pieces. Net prices are shown. All costs will be cleared with you in advance

  1. Text  No set up charge for just a name or initials and date in a letter style specified. If a paper proof is required or options add $15 for up to 10 words, or $25 for up to 5 lines, plus $2 per additional line.
  2. Clip art from our inventory $8.
  3. Logo or clip art from compatible PC file attached to e-mail $25.

    Logo charges are waived for ASI customers who already have a logo on file with other vendors.
  4. Logo from camera ready (art should be over 3"x 3") $30
  5. Logo scan from camera ready (art less than 3"x 3") $40

  6. (In an emergency large clean logos (over 6") can be faxed.  The art much be large enough) ** (read fax logo requirements)

We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce sub standard art work.

Any logo supplied to us is reproduced in good faith. We will accept that the client has authorization to use the logo concerned, and transfers authority to us to reproduce the logo when the artwork is approved for production.

When you see our products and our work you will be amazed! Glass and crystal in particular are difficult to photograph. Most pictures are from our daily production. So photos on our site can't convey the true beauty of our items. They give only an indication of the object, it's shape and size.

All price ranges - Our design staff will ensure you have a unique award or gift you will be proud to present. We offer something special from under $10 to over $500. Our set up charges are among the lowest in the industry.

E-mail us a picture of what you want. We can probably supply it faster and cheaper. Many, many other products available in all price ranges.
Our online catalogue  only show a very small percentage of the items available from our many suppliers.
On a Budget? No problem!

Let us make suggestions based on your budget. Many products are available in multiple sizes, thicknesses, and prices. Even in acrylic or glass. Similar items are almost always available within your budget. We can always offer alternatives.

Get a Price Break  

  • NO penalty rush charge ever applies.
  • NO set up charge applies for up to ten words of text or for names or /initials where a letter style is specified, and no paper proof is required. All text and names MUST be e-mailed to us.

All prices include engraving /printing up to 10 words, or a name/ initials on one side. Call to confirm prices for larger quantities. All prices shown are FOB our works in Texas for up to 6 of one item. Add a packing charge per case of $4.00 (small-up to 8") $6.00 (medium 8-15") and $8 large (over 15"), and shipping at cost to destination.

Additional charges:
More than ten words: add $15 set up and $0.50 /word
More than 30 words: add $50 set up and $1.00 /word

Shipping Considerations

  • Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.

  • Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available). 

    Express Shipping

    Our "EXPRESS SHIP" one day service applies to less than six items  from inventory (see green circle).  There is NO rush charge.
