See terms and conditions of sale A sample of most items is available by ground freight at no charge for you to evaluate. A credit card is required. There is no charge if the sample if returned in saleable condition. A production sample is provided at no cost on all orders over six pieces time permitting An order can be cancelled up to the time engraving takes place. There is no cancellation penalty, but we reserve the right to charge for the return freight and wholesaler restocking charge.

Screened glassware and mug orders usually ship in two to three weeks (rush available).
