There is no charge if the sample if returned in saleable condition. A production sample is provided at no cost on all orders over six pieces time permitting An order can be cancelled up to the time engraving takes place. Actual freight by UPS, FedEx or USPS is charged at cost Engraved orders from stock usually ship on the next working day for fewer than six pieces.
